Three-day Multi-Sport Program
Our Multi-Sport Program for primary-aged children includes basic skill instructions and game-based warm-ups focusing on relationship building and technical work. We ensure maximum participation and provide opportunities for learning rules, strategies, skills and gameplay through guided discovery and game based learning. The activities will centre around the importance of team work and individual skill sets including: invasion games and sports such as netball, basketball, football, rugby and baseball, along with fundamental movement skills essential for both primary and secondary years. Children will have the chance to work both individually and as part of a team, while also socialising with others. Coaches observe closely, providing encouragement to develop proper technical skills while focusing on overall gameplay improvement.

Two-day Football/Basketball Program
Our Two-Day Football (Soccer) and Basketball Holiday Programs offer dynamic and engaging experiences led by specialised coaches in both sports. Designed to develop technical skills and game awareness, this program includes one-on-one coaching and small group sessions tailored to each sport.
Across the two days, participants will take part in a variety of activities—such as games, drills, and skills workshops—focused on key areas. In football, children will work on running with the ball, one-on-ones, striking/passing, and first touch. In basketball, they'll develop dribbling, shooting, defensive skills, and passing techniques.
Alongside skill-building, the program emphasises strategy, teamwork, and gameplay, all while encouraging new friendships and positive social interaction. We recommend children attend both days to maximise their development and strengthen their connection with coaches and peers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow both technically and socially in a supportive and energetic environment.

Can my child sign themselves in and out?
All children must be signed in by a parent or carer. If you are happy for your child to take public transport or walk home and the child is 11 years old, you may fill in the alternative sign-out sheet when you drop off, which will grant them permission to leave at 3:15pm. Students must have a phone on them if this is the case however, we don’t have a duty of care ensured post signing your child out. This is at your own risk.

ID checks will occur upon arrival. If your child will be arriving with anyone not on the authorised list to pick up or drop off, please email us in advance to authorise this.
If pick-up plans change during the day, please email holidaycamps@rosebank.nsw.edu.au as soon as possible to detail the change. This will ensure the safety of all children in our care.
If you have any further questions, please email the Holiday Program Director at
holidaycamps@rosebank.nsw.edu.au.
What do I do if I have incorrectly booked a Holiday Program?
A request to transfer to an alternate program can be taken by emailing holidaycamps@rosebank.nsw.edu.au - this is dependent upon the availability of space. Any transfer of the program will incur a $25 administrative fee for a change of mind or a booking made incorrectly.
What if we can no longer attend the Holiday Program?
Please choose your booking carefully, as refunds are not applicable for changes of mind. Refunds will only be issued if the camp is cancelled. In unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, evidence will be reviewed by our management team on a case-by-case basis.
Please email holidaycamps@rosebank.nsw.edu.au with details of your situation. If appropriate, a credit note may be issued for use at a future Holiday Camp, subject to availability.
Rosebank is not responsible for changes in personal circumstances or commitments to work or school.
All participants must be pre-booked online or through our camp administration team. Rosebank prides itself on its quality staff and must organise staffing and rosters well in advance based on the number of attendees. Therefore, these procedures are necessary.
What if my child is sick?
Students who are unwell or have elevated temperatures will not be admitted to the Holiday Program that day. Parents are strongly advised to keep sick children at home to ensure the health and wellbeing of others and staff at the camps. Please inform the Holiday Program Director of your child’s absence as soon as possible.
How do I inform the school if my child has additional needs, medical requirements or modifications to learning?
During the enrolment process, parents are required to supply all information for their child/children, listing any special health, behavioural and medication requirements. The information gained from the enrolment provides us with a snapshot of the essential information required to adequately prepare for the care of your child whilst they’re at camp.
If a child has been diagnosed by a doctor as having a medical condition or requires additional support from us, it’s essential that Rosebank is informed. Any child who is diagnosed with asthma or anaphylaxis must provide an Individual Health Management Plan completed by a Medical Practitioner and submit it to the Holiday Program Director by 9am the first morning of the program.
All medication must be declared and signed in and out by an authorised adult each day. Medication should be in its original packaging and clearly labelled with the student’s name, correct dosage and frequency.
Any child registered with learning or behavioural difficulties must provide Rosebank with information relating to their needs which are relevant to the successful inclusion of the child into the School Holiday Program.
What happens if my child is injured during the holiday program?
If a child is injured whilst attending a Holiday Program, a qualified First Aider will administer First Aid (for minor injuries such as cuts/grazes, bites etc). Where First Aid is administered, an Incident/Accident Report form will be completed by the attending staff member and signed. The collecting parent/carer will need to sign this form to acknowledge their notification of the incident.
If a child suffers a trauma whilst attending a Holiday Program Director will be notified immediately. Emergency First Aid will be provided by a qualified First Aider on the premises and emergency attention will be sought immediately. Notice of the incident will be given to the parent/carer as fast as practicably possible and that of any treatment, services or arrangements which have been made.
